You have the potential and ability to feel joy and find peace within. I’m here to help you unearth it.
Sometimes it can feel like you're stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from your true self. When you've been in survival mode, it's easy to forget what feeling whole and understood is like. But there's an invitation here - to dig deeper, to uncover what's holding you back. Together, we can explore these patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and nurture your soul. It's time to rediscover your joy and step into a more authentic, empowered version of yourself.
I offer therapy via telehealth that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through our work together, you'll discover tools to understand and manage your thoughts and emotions while building deep self-trust. My practice integrates several therapeutic modalities, with specialized training in trauma healing, ADHD support, and helping clients move from merely coping to living authentically. We begin with a 90-minute intake assessment ($180), meeting afterwards in 50-minute individual sessions ($150).
Tamara has over 10 years of experience working with people struggling with acute and complex trauma. She is committed to helping clients heal, whether their suffering stems from an acute event, family or personal relationships, or more generally from conditions and experiences that were present in childhood.
Through trauma-informed therapy, she will teach you how to use your body, emotions, and intuition to protect yourself and feel safe in your day-to-day life. She will guide you to uncover the patterns that underly the struggles and barriers that persist and can make you feel stuck, and together, you will develop new ways of responding to things which have historically felt unsafe or unbearable.
Tamara specializes in ADHD diagnosis, psychoeducation, and skills-building. She understands ADHD from a neurobiological framework rather than as a behavioral failing, and works with clients to identify how it is showing up in their lives. As a neurodivergent person herself, she understands how overwhelming and defeating these struggles can be. She believes individuals with ADHD deserve to understand how their own brains work and that this is the starting point for developing tailored strategies for overcoming struggles and harnessing strengths. ADHD services include comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis ($160), as well as 50-minute skills-building sessions ($150).
Tamara uses ACT as a foundational model for therapy, which can easily be woven with these other focuses. Often, clients are eager to acquire skills and tangible ways to intervene with their struggles outside sessions. ACT provides this practical application with a framework for how to address unhelpful thoughts and move through uncomfortable emotions in the present moment. It incorporates the mind-body connection and is geared toward behavior change that brings you more in-line with your personal goals and values. You deserve to feel relief in the present, even as we go deeper to work on trauma, explore your past, and/or try to uncover the most authentic expression of yourself.
Sometimes in life we are left feeling uninspired, directionless, or hopeless and it is not easily attributable to a specific event, relationship, job, or disorder. Our life is put together in a way that is “functional” but not fulfilling. Tamara views this as an invitation for “soul work” or therapy that takes you beyond merely coping. This work is informed by Depth Psychology, which was pioneered by Carl Jung. It entails digging deeper to understand subconscious defenses and fears that are preventing you from living in-line with your soul.

You're taking a brave step towards self-discovery and growth. This journey doesn't have a fixed endpoint; it's an evolving process unique to you. Our sessions will create a safe space for exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I'll be here to listen, ask insightful questions, and offer guidance. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, always respecting your boundaries. Together, we'll identify areas where you're feeling stuck and gently unravel the threads to understand what's at the core.
This process might involve examining past experiences, current relationships, or recurring patterns. As we progress, you'll develop new perspectives and tools for life's challenges.
More importantly, you'll cultivate a deeper connection with yourself, learning to recognize and trust your inner wisdom. Healing isn't linear. There will be times of swift progress and slower periods. My role is to support you through these ebbs and flows, helping you build resilience and self-compassion.
Our goal is to move beyond simply coping, towards a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. It's a transformative journey, and I'm honored to walk alongside you as you navigate this path.
It’s my job to guide our sessions. If you have something on your mind that’s pressing, we can start there. If you don’t know where to begin, I’ll lead the way. There’s no pressure to come prepared with topics for discussion.
I’m pleased to offer a 15% discount for professionals who would benefit from burnout support, such as teachers and nurses.
You’re probably a great fit if you’re ready to dive into long-term, deep work. Good fit is important and this is something I’ll assess during our consultation.
