At Unearthed Pathways, we'll slow things down. You'll develop tangible ways to find relief from daily struggles and we'll explore the deeper questions that arise when things just aren't working. I specialize in helping trauma survivors and adults newly diagnosed with ADHD.
I want to dig into it with you. Whatever it is that’s bothering you, or that you’re struggling with. Where does it come from? What else is it connected to? Let’s figure out what’s not working around it, and what is. Let’s discover new ways you can respond to situations, relationships, and even your own thoughts and feelings.
Therapy isn't a quick fix or a linear process, and everyone's path is unique. In our sessions, we'll collaborate to figure out what works best for you. I'll use my intuition to blend a variety of approaches that honor your strengths and boundaries. Your role is simply to show up as you are.
